FAQ

How do I buy and activate?

Join Discord via Discover, open a ticket, pay €12 one time for life, then register here with the license key you receive. After that, Sign in works with just username + password.

Where does the dashboard run?

After you download and run the loader, it opens the private dashboard in your browser. Sign in there — configs and session tools stay on your machine.

Roblox isn’t attaching — what now?
  • Start Roblox first, then keep the loader running.
  • Check the sidebar status for inject / PID updates.
  • If it stays idle, restart Roblox and the loader once.
Silent Aim / Triggerbot defaults

Both default to Always On. Silent Aim also supports Target Mode with a Target Keybind for sticky locks. Tune FOV, prediction, and checks under Combat.

How do I change ESP / chams?

Open Visuals after login. Boxes, names, health, skeletons, tracers, highlights, native chams, and map tint all live there — plus colors and filters.

Can I link Discord?

Yes. After sign-in, go to Account → Connect Discord. That syncs your profile into the dashboard for support and account display.

Forgot password or username?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in card with the username and email on the account. If you only remember the email, contact Discord support with that email.

Where do I get help?

Discord is the support channel — use Discover in the top nav or the Quick links card above.

Agreement

1. Acceptance

By purchasing a license, creating an account, downloading the loader, or using any catalyst.wtf service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by catalyst.wtf (“we”, “us”, “our”). Support is handled primarily through our Discord community.

Eligibility & license

2. License grant

A paid €12 lifetime key grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the loader and dashboard on one Discord account and one machine (HWID), unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

  • Keys never expire for updates included in the lifetime plan, subject to these Terms.
  • Resale, gifting, sharing, renting, or transferring keys/accounts is forbidden without our prior written consent.
  • Circumventing HWID locks, Discord binding, or auth systems is a material breach.

Conduct

3. Acceptable use

You must not reverse engineer, crack, redistribute, mirror, or publicly leak the Service; abuse support channels; impersonate staff; or use the Service for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for how you use third-party platforms (including Roblox) and for complying with their rules and local law. We do not encourage violating third-party terms; access may be interrupted if those platforms change.

Payments

4. Purchases, refunds, chargebacks

Licenses are sold through Discord tickets or channels we designate. Pricing is displayed as €12 One time for Life unless we publish a change.

  • Digital goods are delivered promptly after payment confirmation; chargebacks after delivery may result in immediate key/account termination and a ban from repurchase.
  • Refunds are discretionary and generally unavailable once a key is issued, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
  • We may refuse service, reset HWID only through official support, or revoke licenses for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

Accounts

5. Your account & Discord

You must keep credentials confidential. Linking Discord is optional for profile display and support verification; disconnecting Discord does not cancel your paid license unless the license itself depends on Discord binding we disclosed at purchase.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that pose security risk, share keys, or violate these Terms. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

6. No warranties; limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, detection-free, or error-free operation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ACCOUNTS, OR PROFITS.

7. Changes; governing notes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

Overview

1. Who we are

catalyst.wtf operates a local loader dashboard and related auth/support services. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process when you buy a key, register, sign in, or connect Discord.

Data we process

2. Categories of information

  • Account data: username, password (stored hashed/salted by our auth provider), license key binding, and optional recovery email.
  • Discord data (if you connect): display name and avatar used only for account display and support verification. Sensitive identifiers are not shown in the dashboard.
  • Device / security data: license enforcement identifiers processed server-side / in the loader; not displayed in the web UI.
  • Support data: messages you send in Discord tickets or DMs while requesting help.
  • Local dashboard data: configs and UI preferences stored on your machine.

Purposes

3. Why we use data

  • Authenticate you, enforce the one-account / one-machine license, and deliver updates.
  • Show Discord profile info in the Account page when linked.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and unauthorized key sharing.
  • Provide customer support and investigate security incidents.
  • Improve reliability of the loader and dashboard.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use linked Discord data for unrelated advertising networks.

Sharing

4. Processors & disclosure

We may share data with:

  • Authentication / licensing providers required to validate keys.
  • Discord, when you authorize OAuth linking.
  • Payment intermediaries you use when purchasing (we typically see only what Discord/tickets convey after payment).
  • Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or integrity of the Service.

Retention & security

5. Keeping data

Account and license records are kept while your license remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for fraud prevention and dispute handling. Discord link tokens/profile cache can be removed when you disconnect Discord. Support tickets may be retained in Discord per that platform’s retention.

We apply access controls on server-side auth material. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; protect your password and machine.

Your choices

6. Rights & controls

  • Disconnect Discord anytime from Account → Disconnect Discord.
  • Request account/license deletion or data correction via Discord support (identity verification required).
  • Where GDPR/UK GDPR or similar laws apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data we control, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Some data must be retained to enforce bans, chargebacks, or legal obligations.

Children & updates

7. Age; policy changes

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in your region). Do not use it if you are under that age.
